3) Purchasing: Atlantic Creative Housing Solutions purchases the home through the realtor enduring that they receive their standard commission.
4) Leasing: Atlantic Creative Housing Solutions leases the home to the client for an agreed upon lease term.
5) Tax Benefits: As they are leasing, our financial advisors and credit counselors will be showing them how to improve their finances. (Including showing them how to collect the $10,000 to $15,000 income tax benefits that most first time home buyers miss out on)
6) Final Transfer: At the end of the lease term, the home is transferred to the client.
